           •The project consisted of a 24,000 SF Community Based Outpatient
             Clinic (CBOC), 48,000 Community Living Center (CLC), and                       associated  maintenance areas for the campus.
            •The clinic features eight exam rooms and four mental health               treatment rooms serving Primary Care as well as a Specialty care              department with treatment space for Physical Therapy, Dental              Services, Audiology, Optometry, Podiatry, Rheumatology, and              Endocrinology.  A centralized  Lab and X-ray space serves both              departments.
             •The Community Living Center serves as a permanent living                space for forty-eight veterans needing assisted care.  The Center                is comprised of four separate “houses” of twelve-bedrooms                each, connected by a corridor system around a central outdoor                courtyard for recreation.  The CLC also features a common               Clubhouse, Fitness room, Chapel, and Celebration room.
